My name is Christine Bourke (although I often introduce myself as Chris).
I have been a Red Deer resident since 1995, having moved here from Calgary.
I first began my personal real estate ventures in 1997 when my husband and I purchased our first home,
since then we have bought and sold a total of 6 homes. During that time we, have been the 'first time home buyer', the 'investment buyer' and the 'move-up' buyer...
chances are that I have had the same emotions, that I can relate.
I do what I can to be available to my clients, show them the homes that best suit them. Provide answers, or directions to the proper channels where needed.
I appreciate loyalty (and strive to earn yours), honesty and the oppourtunity to represent you and your familes/friends in future real estate dealings!
I appreciate your time and thank you for stopping by my website.
I look forward to assisting you in your next real estate transaction and many more after that!

I am currently a member of the Kinette Club of Red Deer!
Since joining in 2006, I have happyily been apart of this organization, and its need to grow and be a real assistance to the Red Deer community. As Kinettes, we started with things like bingo's and casino's, which we still do and after a little growth to our club we were able to offer help to the Red Deer Kinsmen . So with them we have voluntered shifts at the "Kinsmen Dream Home" in Red Deer, with the Senior Light Tour, and The Lighting of the Biggest Christmas Tree! As well as our endevour with an annual fundraiser at the Westerner Days and our first year (2010) to see a succesful first (of many) Couples Events or Ladies Only Gala - ladies social.
What a great feeling to be a part of your community, to raise money for what is needed here in Central Alberta...
... our group grows as each year passes we are able to do more out in the community. Due to it's amazing growth, we are all able to volunter and fundraise more and the friendships ... we are lucky and greatful to be a part of the amazing organization with such great people - friends!
