I taught at Langara College for over 20 years in the Real Estate Diploma Program specializing in real estate appraisal and property management.
I am also associated with the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, Real Estate Division. I provide tutoring and consultation for the appraisal courses.
Knowledgeable about the Richmond, BC area. I was a real estate appraiser with the AACI, P.App. (retired) designation.
Member of Country Meadows Senior Mens Golf
I am actively involved with this golf club and for two years chairman of our Annual Charity Tournament. The purpose of the Tournament is to raise money for the research of prostate cancer.
I am also the 2nd Vice-Captain responsible for a number of club reports.
Starbucks and the World
I patronize the Starbucks at Number 2 and Blundell Road in Richmond. It is a social center where I meet my friends and network with clients. We discuss world events and have found a solution to all of the worlds problems. Only if the politicians would listen to us we could save a lot of strife in the world.

I am married and have lived in Richmond for over 31 years. Lyn and I have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Lyn retired from Sun Life Insurance and now spends time with the grandchildren.
Lyn is also a serious Scrabble player.
We both enjoy golfing, whist, cribbage and travel.
