Our local real estate market seems to be quite busy right now, with a lot of activity in the low to mid-level range!
Well priced single family homes below $500,000 are getting quite a lot of showings and offers seem to be occurring within a couple of weeks.
Properties above the $500,000 mark are moving a lot slower with a relatively large inventory and fewer, more deliberate purchasers.
The condominium market is also fairly brisk, with the lower priced properties being a lot more active – as would be expected.
Rumour has it that the new “Ultima” tower in downtown Edmonton has had a huge amount of interest, even before shovels have gone into the ground.
