Where's the centre of Alberta?
According to Westworld Alberta published by AMA Sept 2012, it's not Calgary or Edmonton or any of the other pretenders to the throne.
The centre of Alberta is marked by a statue of a grizzly cub and it is 30 km outside the village of Swan Hills. This spot represents the intersection of the north-south and east-west halfway points between the province's borders.
How's that for some trivia!!
