Clients or Friends??

I enjoy helping families, whether it's moving up, downsizing, or finding an alternate lifestyle once their families leave the nest. I really find pleasure in helping young people make the all important step onto the property ladder. It's a real sense of achievement to know they are homeowners instead of renters.

I prefer to call people friends instead of clients as I believe that a lasting relationship is formed when you enter their lives and homes in order to help them create their new adventure in life. So much information is shared in order to find a dream match. Client is far too clinical a word to apply to the people I have met. I have friends in all areas of Northumberland and many in far away lands.I don't mind how far I have to travel and how much time I need to spend. I would like to be your Realtor for life.

Personal Interests

I enjoy helping animals and people. I am very involved with dog shows at different events, dog training, and helping people when they are at their wit's end with a dog or puppy. I help out the Humane Society and Shelter of Hope in  making their groups more successful.

I also enjoy going to Brookside Youth Centre . My therapy dog and I visit with the youth and try to teach them what a companion animal is all about. Why you would want to treat them with kindness and what kind of dog would suit your needs. I find this very rewarding at times.

Legion Village is another place Titan and I visit on a weekly basis. The seniors are so happy to see us and have a short conversation with me. Many times they are left  without any family or friends to visit. A person with a dog makes them remember when they had a pet and reminisce about it. They are living for that moment...even alzheimer's people. Often  on Christmas Day, I visit the people who are left alone. It warms my heart to know that I am giving some enjoyment to a senior.

Personal Interests

I have cornucopia  of interests.

Homes -  home staging, design, renovation

Gardening- personal and  professional garden design work

Outdoors - hiking in the Northumberland /Ganaraska Forests

              - camping in tents, trailer, and boat

              - boating on the Trent-Severn, Rideau etc.

Animals  - St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs

              -  occasionally train puppies and problem dogs

              - agility, flyball etc. dog games

              - assist people in finding the perfect pet

              - own 3 very spoiled cats and 2 well trained dogs

Dear Cindy,

I wanted to write and sincerely thank you for all your efforts on my behalf during my recent home purchase. It was very reassuring to have someone on my side with your background, experience and knowledge, especially the "extra" information and tips. I will pass your name to any of my friends who might be looking to buy a home.

Dear Cindy,

I have to Thank You for the help you provided me with the purchase of my home in Campbellford, Ontario. Many things I would not of thought of, your brought to my attention and made me very aware of. This made the purchase of my home so much easier knowing that a professional such as yourself was making sure I was getting the most for the money I was spending.

I have to say you handled my offer and purchase in the most professional manner and I had no worries, as you were acting in my best interest.

I have no doubt that should I have the occasion to sell and or purchase another home in future, that I definitely be in contact with you again only.

Thank You for your help.

Very best regards

Keith Edwards
