Kingston and Area Housing Stats with CMHC Presentation

I've included a document in my posts with the latest housing stats from CMHC (Canadian Mortgage and House Corporation).  The sum it all the up the news is GREAT for our area!!!  Kingston and the Belleville Area are the best markets currently in Canada.  We are one of the only markets that is experience growth in the average sale price. 

Like every market the total number of houses sold is lower then the year before which is where the media is missing the leading the public with average price which should be the total number of units sold compared to a previous year.
