Positive news shows that Resales homes across Canada increased 18.5% in the month of August in comparison to the month of August last year. Also the average price increased 11.3% during the same time.

Greater Napanee will play host the 2010 Ontario Men's Curcling Championship and myself and the other agents in the office have decided to sponser the event. The Tankard will take place February 1st to 7th, 2010.
I always try to help out the community in sponsering events that will hopefully bring business to my clients who have been such great clients to me over the years.

Last weekend our office raised over $3400 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. We rode the Big Bike all over downtown Napanee to help bring awareness for Heart and Stroke. All of us have been affected by Heart and Stroke problems. Next year be sure to help this wonderful cause.

Kingston and the Belleville Area are the best markets currently in Canada. We are one of the only markets that is experience growth in the average sale price.

Well spring is finally here! With the change in the weather, the market is picking up once again. Although there has been a drop in consumer confidence, our area is holding up very well and pricing is in a level balance. Things should start recovering into the 4th quarter of 2009.
