I do this by cultivating a close working relationship with my clients so that I will know exactly what your needs are in the sale or purchase of a home. I will keep you informed about the changing market trends, educate you about effective marketing techniques, look after all the contractual needs of the purchase or sale, and 'tie up the loose ends' that are inevitable with the largest purchase or sale that you will make.
Professional Background
I have been in the sales industry since 2002, making Centrury 21 Bamber Realty Ltd. my home Brokerage in 2011. Previously I come from a policing and social services background.
Personal Background
I grew up and lived in a small farming community in Southern Alberta where I worked as a police officer and raised my two daughters. When I moved to Calgary in 2001, I made the career jump to sales in order to be able to spend more time at home with my family, and get away from the night shifts. It has been a very positive change, both for me and my family.
The severe changes in the real estate market over the years has made this job very challenging, but rewarding. I get great satisfaction in finding the right home for a client, knowing that it is everthing that they need and want in a home. There is also a personal satisfaction in selling a clients home, and being able to negotiate a fair market price that the owner is happy with.
Personal Interests
I enjoy camping and travelling with my family; running and biking; and getting together with neighbors and friends.
