Buyers

When purchasing a home, I recognize the importance and magnitude of investment and the stress involved.   My first priority is to establish current market values in the buyers' perspective.  This enables buyers to establish a sense of value.  Offered prices are based on demand, recent trends, location,and quality of the home.  For my clients, I perform a thorough inspection of the home they are wishing to buy.  I may advise you not to buy a home you had previously chosen.  If I have any concerns about the property I will quickly share them with you.  If the matter is financially viable to rectify, you may choose to proceed with your purchase, otherwise our search continues.  When we come closer to purchasing, I provide my clients with an updated market analysis of the specific home.  This will take the stress out of purchasing. 

Sellers

When selling a home, I will provide you with the most recent comparable sales for your area, that will best reflect the end result of your sale. Once we have arrived at an agreeable listing price I will proceed to market your property throughout our network.  This vast network includes the Multiple Listing System consisting of over 1200 REALTORS®, the Century21 Online Office with 21 pictures of your property exposed worldwide and the Winnipeg Real Estate News published weekly in colour.
