We have been using our new Century 21 website that is developed through Century 21 Canada and it works downward to each office and then each agent also have their own individual sites. Internet Stats on Real Estate

I have recently attended a Website training seminar put on by Century 21 Canada. Some of the stats that were presented were that 85% of real estate buyers use a Real Estate Broker to sell their home and 71% of the properties were posted on the internet with the help of a real estate broker. 80 % of buyers used the internet to search for properties and that 29% found their home on the internet.
