I recently received the below link from Kelly Lantz on her facebook status for a video of a skit in a British Comedy show about a pushy Realtor. Being in the real estate business for many years I found it quite funny but I then realized that to some people who have had bad experiences with a Realtor that this is how we are perceived. Since last week was Thanksgiving there wasn't as many open houses but this weekend there are many around the Greater Charlottetown area and also in Millcove and Covehead. Single family homes as well as a condo.

I along with Perri Craig, Manager Client Services were with many other Charlottetown business people and politcians who volunteered their time on Wednesday October 7 to serve spaghetti at Piazza Joe's Italian Eatery for the Children's Wish Foundation of PEI. My son's elementary school, West Kent School holds an annual "Fall Fair" every year. We have been going to the fair since the boys were babies, and it is one of the highlights of fall in our neighborhood. Awesome sight in Charlottetown today as the city was host to three cruise ships at the same time. The population of the city took a big jump; although temporary. It's great to see so many people interested in visiting Charlottetown in the shoulder season.
