We have just returned from the Century 21 Spring to Success and Awards Gala in Halifax NS. We had a total of 31 people attend by chartering a bus and driving over on Wednesday March 5 in the freezing rain. It was a packed afternoon of great information starting with Century 21 Canada's COO Don Lawby discussing the Canadian Real Estate market and Century 21 Canada's internet strategy with Century21.ca. We then listened to Jeremy Conway, President of RECON Intelligence Services who gave great insight on the North American real estate market and also on the new generation of buyers and what the trends are. Following Jeremy, Ed Kohler from WhereToLive.com who discussed many things with regards to real estate technology such as blogging, flickr, and everyday issues with technology. Following Ed was Olympic Gold Medallist Catriona LeMay Doan who discussed her career in speedskating and discussed the importance of Inspiriation- being inspired and inspiring others. All in all a great informative and entertaining day.
That evening at the Annual Awards Gala Century 21 Colonial Realty Inc was presented with the Double Centurion office and also recognized as the Number 1 Office in Atlantic Canada and 27th in Canada for number of sales for 2007.
