New Charlottetown Hotel Getting Closer !
It appears that a new hotel for Downtown Charlottetown is getting closer. As was discussed in the blog of Feb 1 of this year of New Hotel on the Block For Charlottetown- I Hope So ! this could do lots for the downtown area.
Charlottetown City Council approved the variance for height and also for parking.
Although it is still based upon a new convention center being approved for the Charlottetown Waterfront, I hope it moves forward so we can continue to host many more conventions in the great city of Charlottetown.
