PEI Real Estate Report - Curb Appeal
Spring is here and if your home is on the market or will be, it's not too early to start improving it's curb appeal! The snow is receding and revealing what lies beneath. Tidy those beds by removing wet leaves and debris that has blown in since the fall. Sweep away debris from your entranceways. Tidy your lawn by clearing away fallen twigs, branches, dog gifts :) etc.

Make sure you have removed all Christmas decorations and lights! If you're outdoor lighting is dated, a relatively inexpensive, easy update with big impact is to change those fixtures. A tip, clear lightbulbs instead of frosted makes your lights sparkle at night and the bulb less noticeable in the fixture during the day. Take a close look at your entranceways, they make your homes first impression. You may not have planters and decorative items to warm your entranceways at this point but make sure they are neat as a pin, clean and not in need of any repairs.
