What a great Halloween! It was a perfect night for trick or treating with very mild temperatures and no rain. This was my 2 year old daughter’s first night out trick or treating and she had a great time visiting a few of the neighbour's houses.

I recently received the below link from Kelly Lantz on her facebook status for a video of a skit in a British Comedy show about a pushy Realtor. Being in the real estate business for many years I found it quite funny but I then realized that to some people who have had bad experiences with a Realtor that this is how we are perceived. Since last week was Thanksgiving there wasn't as many open houses but this weekend there are many around the Greater Charlottetown area and also in Millcove and Covehead. Single family homes as well as a condo.
