On January 31 2010 we had our first Century 21 Colonial Family Skate. Many staff, family and clients came out for a skate with Goldie the Bear ! It was a chance for us to offer to everyone a family event complete with cookies and hot chocolate.

Many people in real estate have ways of manipulating the data to make them sound that they are the Number 1 in a specific area, type etc.
In 2009 Century 21 Colonial Realty sold the most real estate on PEI through the MLS system not only in units sold but in value of real estate.
