You may have heard that it is a Buyer's Market out there. This may have you questioning your decision to put your home up for sale. Don't be intimidated by the generalized statement Buyer's Market. Regardless of the state of the economy there will always be people buying and selling their homes. Families grow, people get transferred, and not everyone is suffering in this economy. If you have a well kept home in a good location your house will be very appealing to buyers. Also consider that the market on the Island is unique and we are not always as directly affected by trends happening in other parts of the country.
