There is no denying it any more, Fall is definitely upon us. After a busy summer season and getting the kids back to school etc. autumn arrives and things start to change. Yes, it is time to batten down the hatches and prepare for colder weather ahead. We will get to that later, but for now lets reflect on the wonderful changes that come with Autumn.
Here are some of my favorite fall things: All the shades of reds and golds as the leaves start to change. Warm sunny days and cool crisp nights. Pumpkins, squash and all the fall harvest has to offer. Fall apples ~ crisp and tangy. Fresh cool air to greet you in the morning when you leave to start your day. Country fall fairs and farmers markets.

~PERSONAL BACKGROUND AND INTERESTS~
My husband and I have lived in Oxford County for the past 25 years and enjoy raising our family here. Although we are not a large family it is a busy time as our family has grown to include four Grandchildren. Had I known Grandchildren would be so much fun I would have considered having more children!
Balancing work, family and personal interests definitely keeps me very busy. There is always lots to do but that is the joy of it. This requires a lot of enegy so I also believe in keeping fit and I encourage others to do the same regardless of age and ability. I am a Certified Fitness Instructor and I lead two fitness classes a week at a popular gym here in Woodstock. This is a nice brain break and it helps me to stay energized!
