Second Quarter, 2008

Based on information provided by the 92 real estate boards, 10 provincial Associations, and one territorial real estate association, membership in the Canadian Real Estate Association at the end of second quarter of 2008 totalled 100,081 (includes 1,123 affiliate/other members). As 3,132 of those were reported as members by more than one board (Dual Membership), CREA's net membership as of June 30, 2008 was 98,072.

 This represents an increase of 1.9 percent since March 31, 2008 (96,266) and an increase of 6.1 percent since June 30, 2007 (92,396).
