In November the average list price was $263,765, which is up from last years record year of $239,584.  An increase of 10.1%

The average sale price was $243,602, which is also up from last year's record year of $232,857. An increase of 4.6%

The average sale to list price was 92%.

The average list duration increased by 14 days to 90 days on the market as compared to 76 days last November.

The number of sales in November was 49.  Down 36 units from 2007

Looking at our year to date numbers our average list price is up $6,689 or 2.7% compared to 2007

Our average sale price is $245,334.  Up $5,058 or 2.1% from 2007

Sale to list price is 95% year to date.

Our homes are on the market on average for 75 days, meaning there selling on average 5 days quicker than last year.

The final but most important number is the amount of sales.  Currently we have had 1061 sales which is down 147 units or -12.2%.
