New Years in Downtown Barrie always brings in a good band, this year is no different with Finger eleven headlining the show.

Description: Come celebrate New Year's in downtown Barrie! The City of Barrie is pleased to present the 17th annual Downtown Countdown, the largest New Year's Eve Celebration in Central Ontario. Ring in 2015 with a free evening of fun activities and entertainment for the whole family, including horse-drawn wagon rides, skating, and face painting.

Drysdale's Christmas Weekend Festivities

Description:The holiday season turns to winter magic starting the weekend of November 22nd until December 24th at Drysdales. A holiday tradition since 1945. Choose and cut your perfect spruce or fir tree from our fabulous 400 acre plantation.

Activities include our Santa and Mrs. Claus, our magician, train rides, face painters, horse-drawn wagon rides, food and warm drinks, as well as a bonfire.

Huronia Symphony Orchestra Presents 'The Glory of Christmas'

Description: Enjoy a relaxing and happy afternoon filled with a world premiere performance of Sadie's Door and with our special guests Barrie's Belltones Handbell Choir. Come and purchase your Christmas treats and last minute gifts from our silent auction.

Admission: $25 adults, $10 students (14+), $5 children (under 13)
