Due to incredible demand with over 600 registrants, a purchase lottery will be held for a chance to purchase one of the 42 condos. You must purchase a ticket and attend the Exclusive Sales Launch Event to be eligible to purchase a condo. The launch event is the evening October 1st, and Lottery tickets cost $100. HOW THE LOTTERY WORKS:
- TICKET NUMBERS WILL BE DRAWN RANDOMLY.
- YOU MUST BRING YOUR TICKET TO THE EVENT ON OCT. 1ST THIS IS YOUR LOTTERY NUMBER.
- TICKET NUMBERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN GROUPS OF 10 AND YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET WITH SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE.
- MEETINGS WILL BE LIMITED TO 20 MINUTE SEGMENTS, SO COME PREPARED WITH UNIT PREFERENCES IN MIND.
- YOU WILL SELECT YOUR DESIRED CONDO (DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY) WITH YOUR SALES REP AND SIGN A RESERVATION AGREEMENT AND THE UNIT WILL BE MARKED “SOLD.”
- TO MAKE A PURCHASE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE VALID PHOTO ID AND A $5000 RESERVATION CHEQUE WITH YOU. (THE CHEQUE WILL BE HELD IN TRUST AND RETURNED IN THE EVENT YOU RESCIND YOUR OFFER).
- IN THE DAYS FOLLOWING THE EVENT, BUYERS WILL ENTER INTO AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE AND SALE. YOUR 10 DAY REVIEW AND ‘COOLING OFF’ PERIOD FOLLOWS.
- WE WILL PREPARE WAITING LISTS FOR EACH CONDO UNIT IN THE EVENT YOU DON’T RECEIVE THE CONDO OF YOUR CHOICE.
