Contact Me

I specialize in insolvent homeowners, more specifically, homeowners that are having financial difficulties. If you or someone you know was told to sell their home for financial reasons, please have them contact me.  I have access to several programs with a working knowledge of all of them, and there may be a way to keep the home, and continue to prosper in the future.

Foreclosures, Forced Sales and Estate Sales

If you, or someone you know is looking for estate sales, foreclosures or other opportunity properties, call me.  I have relationships with many of the offices in the Edmonton area and I have access to the properties that are for sale under these conditions. In some cases, they present unique opportunities and benefits that the traditional home sale just doesn't offer. Please Note: We do not solicit the properties of our clients seeking to keep their homes.

Forced to Sell?

When you are asked to sell your home, don't take no for an answer, and don't settle with a real estate associate that just wants the listing, have a realtor that will fight in your corner to help you keep your house, and not just to earn a commission. There are lots of options out there, and you should know all of your rights before you are forced from your home. We have access to legal counsel, bankruptcy specialists and other professionals that specialize in cases like yours.

Community Involvement

I am active in the millwoods community, supporting the local food bank and other small organizations that provide services to the struggling financial class. Our family donates time, resources, funding to small church programs that benefit those in the MillWoods community.

Teaching financial literacy is also a priority of mine, I offer my services to many without charge, and I operate a website that has free resources to help people to help themselves. When I find something new that others can benefit from, I include it as well. I am also a co-instructor of Industry Canada's FCAC program.

Personal Interests

I am very interested in business, the joy of helping my friends and associates with their business is a true passion of mine, and I think it's fun, I also like road trips, camping, travelling, reading about real estate, studying psychology, and I am an avid snowboarder.  This winter of 2012-13 I plan on testing some new snowboarding equipment concepts that I would like to take to market, and maybe even re-invent a new sport. I will link more details to this as they come.

Personal Background

I grew up in Edmonton, the youngest of two children, and parents. My parents operate a successful bankruptcy firm in Edmonton, and my older sister works for the family business. After high school, I toured Canada and the US, returning to Canada with dreams of starting a business. While I am currently working on several ventures and attending Grant Macewan University: School of Business, I still have time to offer the best service and expertise to my clients in the real estate field.

Professional Background

Businesses:  As a serial entrepreneur, I have built, grown, developed, purchased and improved many different small businesses, several related to the real estate industry. I have developed websites for small to medium size companies, and I am currently director of a small credit repair coaching business.

Certificates:  I am registered with Industry Canada and Canadian Association of Insolvency Restructuring Professionals as a Qualified Insolvency Counsellor. I have over 3 years experience working with the finances of self employed business operators and specialized in helping people in debt find ways to get and stay out of debt.

Real Estate:  Being a property manager for several properties across Canada and the US, I have first hand knowledge of buying foreclosures, short sales, estate sales, probates and investment property flips. I grew up in Edmonton and I have a great deal of knowledge of the south-east part of town, but I know the whole city very well.

Education:  Currently working on my Bachelor of Commerce at Grant MacEwan school of business, I hope to become a copyright and patent lawyer and a venture capitalist. I study only part time so I can still offer the best customer service and dedication to my Century21 clients.

Philanthropy:  Debt coaching is a rewarding way to give back to the community, as a student, I know how hard it is to make ends meet in today's economy. With the support of Certified Financial Planners and Mortgage Planners, teaching classes for free helps people in financial difficulty with knowing their options, and to easily spot warning signs of financial difficulty or financial predators.

Professional Interests

I am interested in helping anyone I can with the skills and knowledge that I have as a real estate professional and as a credit counsellor. I continually study extensively subjects relating business management.  I aspire to be able to teach younger generations financial literacy, to help as many people as possible find success financially, and however they define it.
