HUNTSVILLE IS ONCE AGAIN HOSTING THE BATHTUB DERBY RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF TOWN ON JULY 6TH. COME ON OUT AND ENJOY SOME LOCAL CULTURE. LOCALS, COTTAGERS AND VISITORS ALIKE HAVE A GREAT TIME AND LOTS OF FUN WATCHING THE DERBY. WATCH FROM THE OLD SWING BRIDGE; GET A COLD ONE AT EITHER THE COTTAGE OR THE PUB ON THE DOCKS, WITH A RINGSIDE SEAT OF THE WATER OR WANDER ACROSS THE STREET TO BELLY ICE CREAM COMPANY WHICH GOURMET ICE CREAM MADE RIGHT HERE IN HUNTSVILLE. CENTURY 21 WILL HAVE A TUB IN THE RACE....SEE YOU ALL THERE.

Unlock An Escape Giveaway

The "Unlock An Escape Giveaway" promotion has been very well received in our office. I totally believe this program will build week over week right through until the end of the program. In actual fact I would love to see it extended for another 3 months. We have utilized the ad copy supplied to us from Air Miles and plan to support the program throughout the time frame. Kudos to Century 21 on this one it will not make the competition happy.

News Channel out of Barrie

This morning on the Barrie station it was nothing but gloom and doom for the real estate market. I would beg to differ, I expect to see, as a result of the Fall market this past year, it will pick up and take off from where we saw it then. We are being slowed down with this late winter, last year at this time we where basking in the sun, lets give it a chance and forget about all the doom. The reports coming out of the states are also very positive describing it as a boom in numerous markets. Spring is actually starting to appear so once again lets give it a chance !!!

The progress on the Century 21 website has been totally impressive, for anybody getting into this business of Real Estate in today's market you would be wise to familiarize yourself with the site. It is far superior to most every other company in the business today !!!!
