Professional Background
As a FULL-TIME Realtor, Crystal Zhang is enthusiastic and energetic about her job. She is available 7 days a week which enables her to provide service at her customers’ convenience.
Crystal started out in the Real Estate Business in early 2008. Before doing real estate her working experience involved mutual fund, mortgage, and even IT industry.
Based on those working experience, Crystal realized that with the explosion of the information age, and the internet, the role of sales person has changed, since most of the information that the salesperson once had, is now readily available to the consumer online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The sales person’s new role will be that of a Marketing Consultant, and a Transaction Manager. Technology plays an important and integral part in both.
With those unique tools: the internet, the websites, and multi-media, data management software programs…, Crystal is able to handle all her marketing or administrative duties and suggest her clients how to sell or buy a home. .
Continuing education in Real Estate provides Crystal up to date knowledge and tools to assist her clients in an ever changing real estate industry.
Real Estate Coaching, Seminars and Mentoring enable Crystal to build a sound system to keep her business on track.
