Like most people, when I meet someone new they ask me what I do for a living. I’ve been a Real Estate Sales Representative for over 5 years and when I tell people this they usually have their own horror stories of agents they’ve worked with in the past, or stories from friends and family.
Other than selling someone’s house quickly and for a high price – I find most people have difficulty telling me what qualities about their Real Estate professional they would like to see. Many people know what they don’t want, but what qualities would exceed your expectations?
As such, I’m asking for people to please fill out this quick questionnaire below and let me know what you’d like to see from your Real Estate professional, regardless of whether you’re buying or selling:
1. What’s your number 1 reason you would choose one Representative over another? (Is it their website? Did a friend recommend them? Their commission packages?)
2. What TOP 3 qualities would you expect, or like to see from your Real Estate Sales Representative?
3. What ‘extras’ would your Representative have to do for you to consider recommending them to friends and family?
