Professional Interests

I have always had a passion for real estate.  The picturesque country landsapes of the Laurentians and the beautiful diversity of the Montreal and Laval areas are what makes this area so unique and desireable.  Having a background in construction has helped me to be able to quickly identify quality workmanship.  As an active real estate investor myself,  I am able to grasp a clear picture of what a client is looking for and help propose ideas or possibilites they may not have considered. This enables them get what they want as quickly and efficiently as possible! I enjoy helping sellers showcase their properties in the best possible light,  emphasizing focus on the positive aspects and turning any potential negative qualities into possible improvement projects.   I also help sellers present their property in the best way possible with quality HD photos.  I will advise strategic renovations or other improvements that can be made in order to get the best price and realize a sale in the least amount of time possible!  I love to help buyers see the potential in a property- even if it means looking past some poor paint choices or outdated tile and carpet selection! I pride myself in getting buyers the best possible price for a property whether it is turn key or a renovation project.

Personal Interests

I grew up playing organized hockey since age 6 and still make sure to get out on the ice once or twice a week.  A die hard Canadiens fan- I even had the jersey displayed on my property signs when we had a Greg Stewart on the roster!  I have always been into skiing and snowboarding considering how many beautiful mountains our area has to offer.  The occasional trip to Tremblant or Jay Peak satisfies the big mountain cravings which I grew accustomed to from my time spent out west!  I trained for several years in mixed martial arts (muay thai) when I was living in montreal.  I trained at a gym you may be familiar with called Tri-Star where I observed a young guy by the name of Georges St-Pierre go from amateur to athlete of the year and UFC champ!

I have always had a passion for Texas Hold'em poker as well.  A recent trip to Las Vegas found me playing alongside Jason Alexander from Seinfeld who had just been knocked out of the WSOP.  Let's just say that his luck did not fare any better at our table! I finished among the final 2 tables in the Montreal open where I eliminated former WSOP champ Huck Seed.  I have the signed jersey off his back to prove it!

Personal Background

I was born in Montreal, but lucky enough to grow up in the laurentians where there were endless trees to climb and lakes to swim in!  My father Campbell and mother Kathleen who own and operate Construction Stewart have been fantastic role models .  The Stewarts could be found many years ago at the top of Cote-St-Gabriel where my great grandfather staked claim to a gorgeous plot of land around 100 years ago.  I am lucky enough to call this area home!  The Scofield's were well known in Ste-Adele, where my grandfather Frank Scofield manufactured Titan hockey sticks.  He is recognized in the Laurentian ski museum for his instrumental role in the ski-school at Chanteclerc,  as well as being an avid cross-country skier and filmmaker.  The Laurentians have always been home for me despite living in Montreal for a couple years and having the opportunity to discover its many interesting districts and diverse population.  I spent a year living in Whistler  B.C. which was an amazing experience, and it was during that trip that I decided to pursue a career in real estate.
