They can view tours of properties, conduct title searches and view the location and street view of a property all from the comfort of their home and computer screen or mobile phone or tablet! It is exciting and empowering! In fact in today's real estate world the relationship between the realtor and the buyer or seller has evolved to be more akin to the parties being "business partners" with each party bringing their own unique skill sets to the process.

Buyers can do a lot of background work using the Internet, Google maps and Street View etc. to check out the areas in which they may want to live. Pictures online don't tell the whole story. In fact they can be very misleading. The bottom line is buyers soon come to realize that they have got to physically walk through a property to get a true sense of a home and what it would feel like to live in. That's where we come in.
