My thought is this; "if the buyer's needs, the seller's needs and of course my needs are taken care of to the best of my ability, everything else falls into place....naturally, it only makes sense..........doesn't it? Everybody Wins when Everybody Wins!!!

That said, in my experience as an Eastern Ontario real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. - Over 25 years sales and customer service
Early on, I spent several years on the road servicing photocopiers and also beverage machines. As well as the obvious technical aspects, it also included many customer care relationships. This was accomplished by dedication, care and integrity, not to mention "simply being a heck of a nice guy and easy to get along with". OK I guess I am somewhat biased, but oh well!
What I realized during those early years in my professional life was this; I enjoyed dealing with the customer service more than the technical service. So, after some careful thought I wanted to enter a career that I could service people and at the same time have the opportunity to make very good money. Real Estate was the obvious choice. However, I did not have the time or the resources back then to get my license. The automotive industry presented similar circumstances but quicker and quite a lot less expensive to get involved with. The reputation that the "car salesman" had did not concern me as I fully intended to do things differently right from the beginning....it worked! I was very successful as a sales rep for many years and over time was promoted to Finance Manager and finally Sales Manager.
My business & customer service history and my extensive real estate training, coupled with my life experience has provided me with the skills necessary to be VERY effective in the Real Estate Business!

Happily married for 20 years to a fantastic woman, 2 great kids, son and daughter. We have been living in Embrun for 21 years and I have been in Eastern Ontario for almost 30. This is my home area, I love the people in Eastern Ontario, I love the Gepgraphy, the ammenities, the recreation.........it is a great place to live, work and raise a family!
