Just a little bit above Muskoka is Seguin Township. A rugged and rocky part of the Canadian Shield, the very landscape in portaits painted by the Group of Seven. Mighty wind swept pines and island dotted glacier made lakes. The Seguin watershed flows from Clear Lake at the top of Lake Joseph north through several small and undeveloped lakes until it turns west at Isabella Lake and flows into Georgian Bay through the town of Parry Sound. This water system was used for logging in the late 1800's giving this area a rich pioneer history. Many homestead farms and fields still exist today along side country homes and lakefront cottages. Easy access with the new 400 series Hwy. The town of Parry Sound is a short drive away. Boasting a colourful historical heritage including the greatest hockey player of all time...Bobby Orr.
Before you search for a specific property why not come for a drive and explore my neck of the woods. Get a feel for the area. You never know....this may be the place where you're meant to be.
