My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Winnipeg real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Winnipeg areas, please contact me.

Community Involvement

I have been actively involved in Lions Club International and currently holding the position of Zone 8 Chairman for District 5M11.  I am the founder for Winnipeg Asia Lions Club and the former Chartered President of the club.

A Little Bit About Winnipeg Asia Lions Club

The Winnipeg Asia Lions Club, like Lions Club International supports humanitarian work and making a great impact on local communities, as well as around the world. Service projects including conducting vision and diabetes screenings for persons and local residential living facilities and abroad, organizing community fundraisers to spread awareness and support the blind and visually impaired, the elderly in need as well as the youth in the community.

Together, our Foundation and Lions are helping communities following natural disasters by providing for immediate needs such as food, water, clothing and medical supplies – and aiding in long-term reconstruction.

Lions are active. Our motto is "We Serve". Lions are part of a global service network, doing whatever is necessary to help our local communities.
