We normally rent out all of our units long term as we try to avoid the seasonal effect of having more vacancies in the spring. As well most of our owners want the consistancy of knowing they have a long term renter. However if we do have vacant apartments by the time November rolls around, we do sometimes rent them seasonally. With the population of Rossland increasing from 3200 to around 5000 in the winter it can certainly be hard for some people to find a place to live. A tight rental market is also good for sales. I am happy to see more faces in town and also very happy to see all thoses faces supporting our local Rossland businesses. Fingers cross for a good ski season!!
The winter crowd has arrived in Rossland!!
