Now the research starts - Finding the right property in the right area for you to view. Once I've located suitable properties we'll view them together with a keen eye for examining the structure, mechanics, the lot and, of course, the aesthetics of the property.
Making the Offer
When you're ready to make the offer we will prepare it based on comparable sales of similar homes in the area to ensure you receive the best value in your new purchase. The offer process can be complicated going back and forth between buyer and seller several times before an agreement is met. My expertise will help guide you through.
