Professional Background

I have been a full time professional Realtor for the past 15 years of which the past 10 years have been with Century 21 B. J. Roth Realty Ltd. Brokerage. I am married and my wife Carrie and I have just celebrated our 43 anniversary. I have lived and worked in the Barrie area since 1968 and have a good knowledge of the area. My background prior to Real Estate was in the building industry including house construction, plumbing and electrical, wells and septic systems and the floor covering business. My experience in these fields plus my knowledge of the Barrie and surrounding areas gives my clients a definate advantage when buying or selling. Along with with these atributes I have a good knowledge of what needs to be in an Agreement of Purchase and Sale to protect the interest of my clients whether buying or selling.
