The most interesting aspect of Real Estate to myself is the ability of your money to work around the clock to build your equity. The problem is that most people for either fear or a lack of understanding of the market place simply do nothing with the oportunities that present themselves. What could be better than watching the equity build in your home? Perhaps watching the equity build in 2 or 3 of your homes...? The ability to Retire early or pay for your children's Education could be much closer than you think! I enjoy helping people find their way out of the rat race an into their next investment!

Community Involvement

Member of The REALTORS Community Foundation which provides support to those in need by working with charities involved in Shelter, Homelessness, Crime Prevention and Special Projects.

Professional Background

Real Estate Investing and Personal Property Management is what led myself into formal Real Estate training, obtaining my Real Estate license and membership with the Edmonton Real Estate Board. I enjoy finding the opportunities that exist in today's market place and using them to create opportunities for tomorrow.

Personal Background

After growing up in Vancouver, I spent a year travelling, parachuting and working throughout Europe. After returning to Canada I spent 7 years in the Canadian Forces between the BC Regt., followed by the PrincessPatricia's Canadian Light infantry. During my time with the PPCLI I was deployed to Kandahar and Helmand Province, Afghanistan as a member of the Red Devils. Upon release from the Armed Forces I remained in the Edmonton area to pursue business opportunities and manage my personal real estate portfolio, which eventually led me to obtaining my real estate licence. Real estate has always been a passion of mine and I enjoy helping others realize the possibilities and benefits that can present themselves in the market place.

Personal Interests

As a former member of the Canadian Forces I've always had an interest in History and Current Events. I always keep an eye on foreign activity, as an Afghanistan Veteran I understand how overseas activities affect the marketplace and the power of our dollar. I am also an avid traveller having visited over 30 countries around the world. I also enjoy playing and watching hockey and when I'm not at the rink or checking my hockey pools and stats I enjoy putting together poker games and relaxing with friends.
