I am the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 All Points in Halifax and I am also a full-time selling real estate agent. For 25 years in the Real Estate industry I have remained current with trends and changes in how the business of real estate is done and how my clients want to do business with me. The most important thing to me is ensuring that my clients are getting the information they need by whatever means they want to receive it. While we live in a digital age which is great for providing information in a timely manner, there is nothing that beats the personal touch and I am always available to meet with my clients and handle their requests.
I have the experience that you need and the business maturity required to ensure that things are done right. I stay up-to-date with technology, social media, industry change all of which is making this market the most exciting I have seen in a very long time!

A Little About Me... Personally
I have lived all over Canada growing up with my father in the military and then in various parts of Atlantic Canada while working in banking. I now live in Halifax with my wife, Sandra who also works with me in the business. I have 3 wonderful children - two daughters, a son, son in-law and daughter-in-law. I also have 2 of the most beautiful grandsons you have ever seen (but then I may be a bit biased). I take great pride in my family and the time I spend with them.
Living in Halifax provides me with the opportunity to do lots of great things – take in the many sites and events the city has to offer, taking advantage of this wonderful city. I love spending time with friends, cooking, travelling and sailing whenever I can. I have a keen interest in technology, social media, the Internet and spend time keeping myself up-to-date on the latest technology and trends, working to see how I can utilize them to help in my business and personal life.
My Professional Background
I have been a full time REALTOR®, trainer, sales manager in Real Estate for 25 years. Prior to real estate, I had a 19 year Banking career, specializing in Mortgages. As a Broker/Owner I take pride in leading a team of real estate professionals as we help our clients achieve their real estate dreams and goals. We pride ourselves on team work, client service and a spirit of educating our clients.
I have been inducted into the CENTURY 21 Hall of Fame, which represents the top 60 agents in the CENTURY 21 System in Canada and awarded the ''Centurion'' award 17 times, this places me in the top 1800 agents in the System Worldwide. These accolades and awards are but a reminder that the real reason for them is the clients I serve. Repeat, past clients and referrals from family and friends make up the bulk of my business; almost 68% comes from this source. Utilizing technology to maintain a ''High Tech...and High Touch" style of business, I pride myself on communicating with my clients in a timely manner, and meeting their needs.
Professional Interests
I believe that the only way to continually improve in any business is to stay current on what is happening in your industry and to give back through involvement with your peers. I have served on various committees within our Real Estate board and regularly participate in training, general meetings, etc.
I have been a coach and trainer within the industry and spend time keeping up with the trends and changes to the industry. I am often sought out by other members of my industry looking for information, coaching or questions regarding technology. It is important to me that I stay current and understand the many changes to the real estate industry – it is the only way that I can confidently represent my clients.
