After a series of unforeseeable events it was time to sell the house I had grown up in and the house that my parents had built. I was away for university when the responsibility fell to me to take care of the property, and it was an extremely stressful time in my life to balance managing a house and taking classes over an hour away. Over Thanksgiving weekend of 2015, a good friend of mine suggested that I contact the Realtor that his parents had known for almost his entire life. The next week I got a phone call from David Yetman and the journey of selling the home began to accelerate rapidly. David walked me step-by-step through the process, informing me of what was being done and teaching me about how we could determine a price, make it look its best for viewings, and how it would be marketed to the world. Although this was a very daunting and sightly scary thing for a 22 year old with no previous real estate experience to tackle, David turned the process into a series of "little bites" - tasks easy enough to swallow - and within a month I had accepted an offer I was more than happy with. I feel immensely lucky to have found someone that could help me manage this property while removing the stress and the worry that came with it. I am grateful for an experience that of a lifetime, one that I am sure will be invaluable for me and the future, and I am thankful for the opportunity it has granted me to continue studying without the constant worry of a house that needs to be managed.
