Debi Thompson

I have lived in the Kitchener-Waterloo area for most of my life and currently reside in Guelph.  My family has been involved in the building industry for over 40 years.  My career leading up to Real Estate has involved Marketing, New Home Sales and decorating,and most recently Property Management.  I’ve spent a number of years in the residential rentals market and love to see the excitement when we’ve been successful in matching the right people with the right home. 

My career has evolved in both the residential resale sales, as well the investor sector of the market.  With my rental experience providing me with insight into the rental market, and the wants and needs of the renters, I am ideally suited to helping investors find properties that fit into and expand their property portfolios. I work together with my partner Jeff Van de Vorst who has experience in the investment and renovation field.

I have had the priviledge of studying home staging with Barb Schwarz, Creator of The Staged Homes Concept and Home Staging Industry. I am honoured to have achieved the designation of Accredited Staging Professional.  I can help you with your staging requirements from a simple consulation to a full blown creative staging of your property.
