Trump or Clinton? Candians Hoping For A BIG Turnout of American Home Buyers in Canada!

The United States Elections are quickly approaching and this election unlike any other has the potential to boost the Canadian economy BIG TIME!

With the American Dollar being strong in Canada it becomes an enticing alternative to Americans looking to bail out of American politics all together, and Canadian homeowners are willing and ready to sell.  Especially in the Islands of Atlantic Canada.

With the influx of American Dollars into the Canadian system it can really boost the economy.  Americans can legally live in Canada 6 months!  So living 1/2 a year in Canada is better than a whole year in the States, especially if the American government continues to battle among themselves. For the first time I can see a government crumbling under corruption and not unified.  It's a scary thing to watch!    Many Americans are fed up, and taking extreme measures to ensure their own sustainability before the government implodes.

Atlantic Canadians, especially Prince Edward Island, are hoping that Americans who are ready to escape all of the craziness that life is throwing at them will welcome the natural beauty and stress-free living that they can have living in Atlantic Canada.

Due to the exchange rate homes are cheaper, property taxes are cheaper, and if you're looking for space, there's plenty!  Not to mention that you can rent your home when you're not here and actually make a decent side income.  However, Non-Canadian residents do not have a free-for-all in some parts of Canada.  Some provinces, like Prince Edward Island have restrictions on how much land you can buy.  A single person buying is legally allowed 5 acres, while a couple is allowed 10 acres.  For some in the States that's more than enough since many areas are over-developed and homes are packed into small lot sizes.  Most importantly the prices of homes make owning one unattainable for most.  So, if you've been dreaming of owning a home, look outside the box and enjoy owning a home in Atlantic Canada.

I am happy to assist you and send you all the information on buying in Prince Edward Island or connect you with a REALTOR® in one of Atlantic Canada's other Provinces.  E-mail to request your free information about living in Prince Edward Island or to acquire the name of a reputable REALTOR® for another Canadian Province.
