Personal Background
- Born in the island of Trinidad W.I. and moved to (Montreal) Canada in 1973 with my parents, three sisters and one brother.
- Transferred to Toronto for work-related reasons in 1983 and met my husband Steve. We have two daughters and a grandson.
- Moved to St. Catharines to avoid the stress of big city life.

Diploma - Language & Literature - Champlain Regional College, Longueuil, Quebec

Diploma - Data Processing - Dawson College, Montreal, Quebec
Bachelor of Arts - Major in Computer Science - York University, Toronto, Ontario.
Professional Background
- Worked for several years in Accounting (Receivable, Payable), later in a manual and computerized Payroll system.
- Earned a Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Computer Science from York University and worked at Northen Telecom and IBM as a Programmer/Analyst.
