Total Sales have increased by about 6% and residential sales are up in all MLS Districts except two: Year-to-Date, Niagara-on-the-Lake is down -2% and West Lincoln -25%. The smallest increase is St. Catharines at +2% and the largest is Thorold at +15%.

Average Prices overall have increased by 4.7%. West Lincoln is the only district indicating a decrease of -1.2%. The highest increases are Lincoln at 8.5% and Port Colborne/Wainfleet at +7.1%. The lowest increase is in Thorold at +2.1%. All other districts fall between +4.5% and +5.9%. If you would like a copy of the full report, let us know.
