Education
I am licensed in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Prince Albert Saskatchewan with Century 21 Conexus Realty Ltd. I can assist you in purchasing and/or selling a property in the City of Prince Albert and in surrounding areas.
I have worked hard to earn my Real Estate License and on average have attained grades in the high 90%'s on all of my exams and assignments - proof of my dedication to this career!

Specialties
I specialize in residential and commercial real estate. I have worked with all types of buyers; from first-time buyers, to those finally purchasing their "dream home". As well, I have worked with sellers of all ages; from young families to retired seniors. I enjoy working with all age groups and income levels, and I am never pushy or overly aggressive. I feel this is a very important trait in this industry, as purchasing or selling a home can sometimes be a stressful process. In being this way, I'm able to work at my client's pace, which often makes the experience an enjoyable one. If a client of mine is unhappy-I'm unhappy, as I truely take my client's needs to heart.
Professional Background
I grew up in Winnipeg Manitoba where I raised my two children and made my living in retail sales. I have always enjoyed working with the public and am very attentive to my clients' needs. I am a ‘stickler' for details, well organized and I have always been a hard worker.
In Winnipeg, after graduation, I attended the University of Manitoba and completed almost two years of elementary education. My daughter was born half way through the school year and my son soon followed. As a result, I never found the time to attain my degree.
I have held employment as a store manager of a small retail store, as a furniture-appliance-electronics salesperson and I also owned my own home-based business doing ‘home parties' for about 10 years.
I moved with my children to Prince Albert where I married my second husband Rick and have truly been enjoying the small-city atmosphere that this beautiful city offers. My family and I enjoy camping and fishing and Prince Albert really is the place to live if you enjoy the outdoors!
Professional Interests
I am the Chairman of Education on the Prince Albert Real Estate Board. In being a Board Member, I have been honoured to attend donation ceremonies which I feel are an important way Realtors(r) can give back to their cities and communities. In December of 2008, our Members donated $3,000 to the Victoria Hospital to help with the purchase of a new mammogram machine. I was thrilled to be there for the presentation. I also recently attended a donation ceremony at the SPCA; hopefully if you move to Prince Albert you'll consider adopting one of their many adorable animals. I look forward to the future, and I believe our Members can help make a difference in many peoples lives by giving back to the community through our donations and volunteer efforts.
