Well, the law of economics never changes, when interest rates are low, house prices goes up! 4 decades of selling real estate in North Bay, has confirm to me that Real Estate is a great investment. The average sales price in 1972 was $24,860 as compared to 2012 $235,500 ! Wow that's 350% increase averaging over 8% a year, did your income gone up by that much? ...
