Well, the law of economics never changes, when interest rates are low,  house prices goes up!  4 decades of selling real estate in North Bay, has confirm to me that Real Estate is a great investment.  The average sales price in 1972 was $24,860 as compared to 2012  $235,500 !  Wow that's 350% increase averaging over 8% a year, did your income gone up by that much?  Probabely not!

 I urge anyone that are renting now and paying more than 8 to 1000 dollars a month for rent should investigate in buying a home !  Mortgage rates are under 3%, unbelieveable, I never remember it being that low since I have been in real estate 40 years ago!  Take advantage of it, the reason you are not buying is

•  You don't have a downpayment
• Scare you can't get a mortgage
• Just started a new job
• Bad credit in the past
• My parents told us to wait
• We're too young or we're too old

I am sure you have another hundreds of Reasons why you are not buying, can you afford to wait?
