Real Estate Update for February, 2016 - A Sellers Market

“Active listings in the province have fallen to their lowest level since February 2006,” reports British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA). 

Indeed, the number of “units” or home sales in the Kamloops region was up 8.4%Year over Year, while the number of listings is down 15.5% Y/Y. 

“Housing demand in the province is being supported by a relatively robust economy, leading to strong employment growth and rising wages.
