Chinese Noodle Casserole

A Quick meal, moist and flavorful


2 tbsp Cooking Oil               1 lb of ground beef

1 cup sliced celery                10 oz Condenesed tomato soup 

1 cup chooped onoin             10oz Condensed cream of mushrooom soup

2 tbs soy sauce                      1  4oz can of Chow mein noodles

Heat oil add celery, onion,beef. Brown. Add both soup, soy sauce and 3/4 of the noodles, stir. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles over top. Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes serves 6
