When finished, This condo building will consist of two 19-storey towers, anchored by expansive nine and ten-storey podiums. Walkout patios leading onto the roof of the podiums are proposed for some of the units. In a unique move, a heritage building on the site will be restored and used for condominium amenity space. A new street – to be called Rougeside Promenade – will run the length of the site, connecting with the Rouge River to the southwest. With two new parks on either end of the site as well, this new condominium building makes the best of its abundant natural resources.
