The Albert Park Neighbourhood is a residential area in southwest Regina. It is bounded by the Trans-Canada Highway on the south and the Lewvan Expressway on the west. The 1992 annexation and subsequent development of "New Albert Park" in the extreme south finalized new growth and development in the area. Single detached houses represent about half of the neighbourhood development.  Apartments, condos and row houses make up the remaining fifty percent.  Albert Park has a lot of young families as well as seniors.

The average sale price in 2011 was $336,067.
