Coronation Park is a mature residential area in north central Regina. In the southwest corner of the neighbourhood there are remnants of the development from the 1920's.  Majority of the housing in the area was constructed in the 1960's.  The area is predominately single-detached housing with some apartment buildings.

The average sale price in 2012 was $246,254.
