The Dieppe neighbourhood is located on the central western limits of the City and noth of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Training Academy.  Housing is mostly single-family dwellings built between 1960-1980.  There are also a number of semi-detached homes in the area.  Dieppe is defined by its pathways and A.E. Wilson Park, a major accessible park on Wascana Creek.  The RCMP Heritage Centre and historic Government House are immediately south of the neighbourhood on Dewdney Avenue.

The average sale price in 2011 was $278,096.
